					<description><![CDATA[It is ironic that you speak about protecting the biosphere in one part of your newsletter, only then to advocate pouring a fossil-fuel derivative onto local gravel roads to &quot;dustproof&quot; them AND then to be forced to repeat this process annually. 
I would think that the &quot;dust&quot; is natural at least and wonder if this is not a ploy to advance an individual/minority interest at the expense of the very biosphere you claim that you would like to protect.
