HCCC provides welfare services to the Hangklip community, i.e. residents of Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els. We distributed 50 food parcels and cooked 580 meals in October.
Our semi-weekly Pilates classes, semi-weekly line dancing classes, bi-monthly Bridge afternoons and monthly Friendship Circle meetings have continued as usual.
Following on from our Home Assisted Independent Living (HAIL) home carers’ courses in October 2022 and March 2023, we have set up carers’ support groups in Sunny Seas, Jock’s Bay, Central Betty’s Bay, and Silversands.
