On 20 September, the advertising board next to the erf 4032 was taken down.
As per the OM Town Planner this week, no planning application was received for t
his proposed development. If you look on Property24, Erf 4032 is now on the market for R10 Million. The price in the previous sale in 2016 was about R1.6 Million.
If you know any person or organisation who has the interest and financial capacity to purchase this large erf for conservation purchases, please let me know on bettysbayconservancy@gmail.com or 079 7530166. It has a wetland on it, is a big, green and safe habitat area for local wildlife and connects to other green open spaces in close proximity. It is currently zoned as a commercial property, but it would be wonderful to have this purchased and rezoned for conservation purposes.
