HCCC provides welfare services to the Hangklip community, i.e. residents of Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els. During the calendar month of March our kitchen distributed 51 food parcels and prepared 583 scrumptious meals.
Our semiweekly Pilates classes, weekly Bridge afternoons and monthly Friendship Circle meetings continued during February as usual.
Following on from our HAIL (Home Assisted Independent Living) home carers’ courses in October 2022, March 2023 and May 2025, we have set up carers’ support groups in each of Sunny Seas, Jock’s Bay, Central Betty’s Bay and Silversands.
