Advice from the principal of the Property and Development Portfolio about property plans
What must be included in the plan:
– ALL internal changes undertaken in one’s home, no matter how small, need to be updated on your property’s plans. Should this not be done, the day that you sell your property, you are liable going forward and it could be a very costly exercise.
– WENDY HOUSES larger than 10m x 10m have to be ON PLAN.
– MUNICIPAL BYLAW – ONLY TWO FOR SALE BOARDS are permissible on any one property, therefore TWO different agencies should it be an OPEN/JOINT MANDATE or TWO of the same agency when it is a SOLE MANDATE.
