MINOR WORKS = A FENCE – WIRE/WOODEN/VIBRACRETE/GABIONS

All the fences that require foundations fall under MINOR WORKS, which means that the property owner needs to draw in the area/ lines on the specific property’s plans, and pay R388.00 (2021/22 tax year costs). If the edited plans are submitted to the BUILDING Department at the Kleinmond municipal offices by Thursday in any given week, on Friday that addition will be processed.
