- Vehicles:
1.1. The Grader used for scraping roads is broken. The cost to get it fixed is approximately R135 000.
1.2. The two vehicles used for storm-water problems are in working order.
1.3. The three vehicles used for “gravel” are in working condition (2 X 8 cubes and 1 X 4 cubes).
- Gravel:
2.1. Gravel is available. However, roads are not being scraped because the Grader is out of action.
- Tar:
3.1. There are 900 bags of tar available.
- Betty’s Bay Roads:
4.1. Roads are not being scraped because the Grader is broken.
4.2. Pertinent storm-water problems that will receive attention:
4.2.1. Court Street: storm-water problem has been solved.

- Mirror in Seaview:
5.1. The mirror has yet to be installed. Two more mirrors will be ordered for other areas.
- Entrance from Clarence to Seaview (Kleinmond side):
6.1. The junction will have to be fully tarred.
- Storm-water problems/Potholes:
7.1. As Brenton and his Team become aware of problems, they are addressed within their capabilities/given working conditions. They have a list of what people “log” on Collab. They use the Tractor Load and Back-acter (TLB) (The digger-loader in layman’s terms! Ed) for this.
- Standing Note:
8.1. Residents must log “problems” on Collab themselves to get a reference number.
8.2. Where an urgent problem arises over a weekend, the Control Room must be contacted (028 313 8111). The Control Room also gives a reference number. If the problem is only reported on Collab the situation is not given attention until the Monday.
