In September 2024 there were nine call-outs, all medical cases. Seventy one call-outs have been responded to in the first nine months of 2024. We now have a team of eleven as one member has resigned. Team members meet a couple of times a month to review our call-outs and for refresher training. We also meet with the Pringle Bay and Rooiels Medics twice a month in Pringle Bay for combined training sessions with ER24. Many thanks to Jaco Fourie for his time and for passing on his invaluable knowledge and experience.
A reminder to all, please have your medical aid information, a list of your current medication and medical history at hand as this will greatly assist with patient assessments and handover to the ambulance services when required.
