Stormwater problems/Potholes: As the Municipality becomes aware of problems, they are addressing them within their capabilities / given working conditions (weather).
Standing Note: Where an urgent problem arises over a weekend, the Control Room must be contacted (028 313 8111). The Control Room also gives a reference number. If the problem is only reported on Collab the situation is not given attention until the Monday.
