HCCC provides welfare services to the Hangklip community, i.e. residents of Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els. After closing for the holidays in early December, food preparation and other services resumed on 12 January this year.
After a well-deserved break, our semiweekly Pilates classes, weekly Bridge afternoons and monthly Friendship Circle meetings kicked off in January again.
Following on from our HAIL (Home Assisted Independent Living) home carers’ courses in October 2022, March 2023 and May 2025, we have set up carers’ support groups in each of Sunny Seas, Jock’s Bay, Central Betty’s Bay, and Silversands.
