Should you wish to sell your home and the plan filed with Overstrand Municipality and the plan of your home do not match, you could be in for unexpected costs come the day that you sell your property and have not disclosed the aforesaid.
Verges: Please include your verge into your garden. By doing so you will assist our municipality and help to beautify our pavements.
House lighting: Yes, I have commented about this before. However, we are entering the holiday season and there are bound to be residents/ holidaymakers who are not aware of our lighting ‘rules’. So let us all be friendly and politely request those property owners who have bright or glaring lights to change their bulbs or tilt the lights towards the ground so that we can enjoy the beauty of our night skies as well as sleep peacefully.
