This large erf in Crassula Way was the site of the proposed retirement development.
No planning application was received by the Overstrand Municipality and the advertising signage was removed from the erf.
Subsequently the Erf was put on the market for sale at R10 Million. Shortly thereafter, an “Under Offer” status was indicated. The latest update is that the erf has been sold as a commercial property to someone in the retail industry.
