Spatial Development Framework for Overstrand Local Municipality (OLM):
- Apparently the OLM and the Service Provider/Consultant are still sorting out the Status Quo Report.
- Once sorted, the said report will be made available to the public for comment / input.
Roads:
- The Contractor appointed to deal with the roads infrastructure in Betty’s Bay have commenced with the scraping / rolling of the dirt roads on Seaview Drive in Sunny Seas.
- After completing the work in Betty’s Bay, the team will move on to Pringle Bay.
- Potholes: the Municipality must be made aware of potholes. These will be addressed within the capacity of the Municipality/ given working conditions (weather).
Storm Water:
- The Kleinmond Team is busy with storm water drainage systems.
- The storm water drainage system in Sunny Seas has almost been completed.
- The remainder of Betty’s Bay will be done.
- It is essential that the Municipality be made aware of storm water problems. These will be addressed within the capacity of the Municipality / given working conditions (weather).
